Haleigh Cummings-Motives Have Been Established
Art Harris’ interview with mystery man Greg, revealed two very plausible motives for somebody doing away with Haleigh Cummings. The interview revealed a dark side to Misty Croslin that the HLN coverage of the Haleigh tragedy has so far failed to convey. Was it possible that Misty was taking notes from Casey Anthony?
I followed Jane Velez-Mitchell’s coverage for two days, before Jane spelled out that the entire Art Harris interview with Gregory Page was available on his blog. Going over Jane Velez-Mitchell’s and Nancy Grace’s coverage of the mystery man Greg, I really cannot understand how so many talk show reporters could have failed to zero in what was really important.
Available both in video as well in text, the interview provided a lot of background information on the important characters in the Haleigh tragedy. But, if you were to jump to the very end of the text you will see that Christina Prevatt, 18, the person who allegedly threw a “a three-day party of sex, cocaine, pot, and pills” during the weekend immediately before Haleigh disappeared from under Misty’s watch; does a very good job of spelling out two possible motives for somebody wanting to do away with Haleigh.
Motives for Doing in Haleigh Cummings
Motive 1: Haleigh had a bad habit of blabbing about Misty’s Vistors
Imagine if you were a rival suitor trying to court Misty while Ronald was at work.
Christina Prevatt: “I just know when she’s with the kids, I can’t hang out with her because Haleigh would tell Ronald Nay Nay was there and he’d get mad.”
In other words, Haleigh was in the way of anybody trying to dally with Misty.
Motive 2-Misty Wanted Her Own Baby With Ronald Cummings
Now, imagine that Misty Croslin was someone obsessed with marrying Ronald Cummings and having her own baby with him. And, had been trying to force Ron into marrying her by claiming that she was pregnant.
Christina Prevatt: “Misty was apparently ambivalent about her breakup with Ronald, couldn’t shake his spell. ‘She told me she loved him because he gave her what she wanted, and she wanted a baby.’”
“Prevatt says Misty can be two-faced, ‘pretending she’s a friend, but now she won’t talk to me.”
“Haleigh was cute, just like any other little kid. Misty said she felt like their Mom, but she wanted her own baby from Ronald”
What if Misty had a dark side, which just like Casey Anthony, saw Haleigh as a threat which stood in the way of Ronald Cummings marrying and giving her a baby? What if Misty was nothing but a two-faced seventeen old that would stop at nothing to get exactly what she wanted?
I truely believe misty conned ron into marriage in away to cover up what she did and to have a baby{like she can care for herself} and get ride of what wa sin the way, very possible.
Good point
A child does not disappear into thin air for no reason. Ron purchased and installed himself new locks for all the doors. There were no signs of forced entry. Therefore the laws of physics say that Misty did it.
hummm;
Ronald actually contradicted Misty, himself, in one of the videos with Teresa Neves. For some reason, Ron got mad about the light discussion. Ronald said that kitchen light was always left on and that it could not be seen from the bedroom. That was a direct contradiction of Misty’s statement.

Haleigh Cummings' aunt speaks out
Updated: Tuesday, 08 Sep 2009, 5:51 PM EDTPublished : Tuesday, 08 Sep 2009, 5:51 PM EDT
PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The family of missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings speaks out about new information in the case. Over the weekend investigators traveled to Cape Cod, Massachusetts to talk with her stepmother's brother Timothy Croslin and his wife.
On Tuesday Putnam County deputies confirm they made the trip but, it's family members who gave FOX 35 the scoop on what they wanted to know.
The last person to see the Haleigh was her father's girlfriend, now wife, Misty Croslin, who placed the 911 call alerting police to Haleigh's disappearance.
Haleigh's aunt and uncle who used to live in Putnam County moved to Massachusetts a few months ago. Family members say an investigator went out there on Saturday and met with the couple.
Haleigh is Lindsey Croslin’s niece by marriage. She has put her home on the market, and is trying to sell off a lot of her stuff. She says she's not feeling very safe any more in this Satsuma neighborhood. “I feel like I’m setting up my children to get stolen because they're here and this is where it happened.”
Haleigh lived just around the corner from Lindsay Croslin. The mother of three says between the family bickering and the public ridicule is getting to be too much so she plans to join her brother in law Tim and his wife Chelsea in Massachusetts.
The couple was questioned on Saturday by investigators but Lindsey Croslin is confident it was simply standard procedure. In fact she's happy to hear deputies are really working this case. “They had Chelsea in questioning for like 14 hours. Yeah, they took her in the morning, let her go home and got her again. Asked her the same basic questions, do you know anything about haleigh, did you or Tim try to help misty to hide haleigh...yeah. Crazy questions.”
Lindsey Croslin says the family has started to pull away from Misty Croslin-Cummings who has failed several polygraph tests.
misty claims under hypnosis

this ought to be interesting.more later.
Who knows if it was because of a fight with her husband Ronald Cummings, a reaction to intense press scrutiny, or simply feeling that police were closing in, Misty Croslin has taken off from the family's Florida trailer home.
I believe misty's guilt is getting to her because if it were me and an investigation was going on,i sure wouldn't rum off as an omission to guilt if i weren't guilty, misty is showing me shes guilty as sin and haleigh still hasn't been found 7 months later, this has goen on to long, this baby needs to be found and misty needs to grow up and tell the truth.Everyone has been in trouble, lisa croslin just arrested for stealing checks anf forgery, hank jr for theft and he said he came to the trailer and knocked and no lights were one, nobody answeared the door and that was around 9;45pm,supposiblie ron called and called and finally hank went to check up,ron made 20 unasweared calls to misty after they had an argument early that day.
misty faked the hypnosis ,she acted in my opionion;

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - WESH.com
The forensic hypnotist who examined now-stepmother of missing Haleigh Cummings said he believes was fighting the process.
WESH 2 spoke exclusively with former New York Police expert and retired Central Florida lawman John Gaspar, who conducted that exam.
Misty Croslin Cummings is the 17-year-old who married missing 4-year-old Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings. Gaspar said she told him she wanted him to find the truth through hypnosis, but that she fought the process.
"It seemed a little more rehearsed than I've ever seen in my experience as a forensic hypnotist," Gaspar said.
Gaspar spent just over an hour with Croslin Cummings, who asked to be hypnotized to clear her name.
He said he explained to her a subject must be willing to undergo the test and that she told told him that truth about what happened Haleigh is all she's ever wanted, yet during the process Gaspar said she seemed to fight him.
"She moved around a number of times, uncrossed her legs, moved her arms, crossed her arms," he said. "Things of that nature and those are things that would distract somebody from a meditative or relaxed state."
During the examination, Croslin Cummings repeated the events that led to the disappearance of Haleigh in the middle of the night while Misty was caring for her. Investigators later told Gaspar there were a few facts that differed from previous versions.
Throughout it all, Gaspar felt Croslin Cummings likely knew more than she was saying.
"She claimed she was there for a voluntary interview and yet she exhibited a lot of signs verbally and nonverbally that it wasn't voluntary," he said.
Gaspar said it's almost as if she wanted to appear to cooperate, while consciously or subconsciously thwarting him.
Gaspar also said Croslin Cummings was being truthful when she spoke endearingly about Haleigh. Whatever happened, he believes she is truly sorry the child is gone.
On Thursday, investigators said Croslin Cummings failed a series of lie detector tests.
Croslin Cummings said she wanted to clear her name in Haleigh's disappearance, but experts who gave her a series of three tests said deceptive answers did even more damage.
"I didn't have nothing to do with her," she said. "I love that little girl more than anything. I would never hurt her. If I knew who hurt her, I'd tell."
Experts said she appeared to be lying about how Haleigh vanished on a voice analysis stress test and during the lie detector tests, she pointed fingers even at her own family.
"I keep hearing a lot about my brother," she said. "I have no idea if he'd done something to her. I don't know if he took her."
The analyst giving the test called her out on her inconsistent stories.
"I can see it," the analyst said. "There's things going on that you know that you're not telling anybody."
Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch said Croslin Cummings reached out to him for help to find Haleigh and clear her name. So, he paid for the experts to conduct the tests, which Miller said she failed miserably, answering most honestly when asked if she knew who took Haleigh.
"There were two or more people involved," Miller said. "So when Haleigh was taken out of the house, she doesn't know who it was taking her to the final destination."
Croslin Cummings said she expects tough times ahead.
"I've lived in cars, had drug addicts as parents," she said. "My life has been bad my whole life, and it's just not going to get better it looks like."
When broken down into percentages, some of her answers indicated 99 percent deception, including the question, "Do you know what happened to Haleigh?"
Putnam County sheriff's investigators said she has been hiding something all along. They've subpoenaed the tapes.
Hummmmmm when she should be there during an investigations, shes vacationing, what is this girl thinking about,i believe herself and not Haleigh, the child she was responsible for.
I’ve received a lot of emails asking if I know where Misty Croslin is. The answer is yes. She is staying with a “friend” near Tampa, and she is currently in Coco Beach. She is not in contact with Ronald or anyone else in her family. The police know exactly where she is at all times. I am getting updates on her whereabouts, but have to be careful about what I post as I would never want to interfere with an ongoing investigation. I will report what I can as it comes in. Remember she 17, she has no job and no money. She is away from her support system. It’s getting close.

Ronald Cummings, smarter then most think.

Miller Says Haleigh's Father Doubts Wife's StoryJessica Clark & Taren Reed Created: 9/1/2009 PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- Misty Cummings has gone through multiple tests, trying to prove her innocence, but experts say she knows more about what happened to her missing stepdaughter than she is saying. Misty Cummings was the last person to see Haleigh Cummings before she disappeared in February from their home. Misty's husband, Ronald Cummings, stands by her side. He told First Coast News Monday "I don't think [Misty] has any information that will help find Haleigh." Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch told First Coast News this week, "Ron may be saying that now." Miller said Ronald Cummings told him, as well as Orlando-based attorney Mark NeJame, about two weeks ago that he doubted Misty's story about the night Haleigh disappeared. Miller told First Coast News, "Ronald's statement right then was, 'The b**** has something to do with Haleigh's disappearance.'" Misty Cummings has said she put Haleigh to bed that February night at 8:00 and then around 10:00 Misty herself went to sleep. Miller said Ronald Cummings does not buy that story. Miller told First Coast News, "He said, 'She had never been to sleep that night.' He said, 'The bed was still made.' He said, 'Nobody had been in the bed.'" Misty, in an exclusive interview with First Coast News' Jessica Clark, said the bed was not made. "I was sleeping in that bed. How would it be made if someone was sleeping in the bed? I wasn't the only one sleeping in it. Me and his son. How would the bed be made if we were in the bed sleeping in it?" Miller said Ronald Cummings also told him, "She's lying." Miller said, NeJame asked Ronald Cummings, "Why did you marry her? [Ronald] said, his exact words were, 'You keep your friends close and your enemies closer.'" NeJame told First Coast News he would not comment on private conversations, but he added, "Whatever Miller says, you can take it to the bank."
EXCLUSIVE AUDIO: Tim Miller, "Ron Doubts Misty's Stories"TJ Hart
In the words of CNN/HLN's Nancy Grace, "Bombshell!" in the Haleigh Cummings disappearance case. Immediately after signing off the Nancy Grace Show Tuesday night, I grabbed the phone and called Tim Miller to ask him more questions about these doubts Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, had allegedly shared with him a couple of weeks ago surrounding his new wife Misty's stories regarding the night the child was taken. This includes a discussion as to whether he believes now that Misty had gone to bed at 10pm as she has said or still questions her claim since telling Miller "the bed was made."This is the exclusive unedited audio from that interview Tuesday, Septemeber 1, 2009. Ronald and Misty Cummings
In a phone interview last week with Gainesville, Florida-based Sky97.3 FM talk radio news director and HLN contributor TJ Hart, Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller said that in a meeting with attorney Mark NeJame, Ronald Cummings told him he believes his then-girlfriend and current wife, Misty Croslin-Cummings, was involved with Haleigh’s disappearance, and he also cast doubt on other elements of Misty’s account of that evening.
Miller stated, “When Mark [NeJame] and I had Ronald in an office, just the three of us . . . Mark [told] Ronald, ‘I need more information on this before I can consider representing anybody,’ and Ronald Cummings said, ‘The b**** had something to do with my daughter’s disappearance.’ And he said that she never made the bed that night; she’d been awake all night, she never went to sleep. They did not have any laundry detergent, so she never washed clothes (the only clothes in the dryer was dirty clothes), and Ronald Cummings himself told me he felt as though Misty was having sex with somebody in his house, and little Haleigh woke up and said, ‘I’m telling Daddy.’ This came out of Ronald Cummings’ mouth. The question was asked, ‘Why did you marry Misty?’ His words were, ‘You keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.’”
When Hart mentioned to Miller that private investigator William “Cobra” Staubs, who had been working the Cummings case, also told him that Ronald had said the exact same thing to him when similarly queried, Miller replied, “I don't have anything to lie about.”
Ron and Misty initially were both onboard.
Misty got cold feet, but was urged at vigil for Haleigh by others there to do it.
They were about to get the re-enactment underway when Misty balked again.
Misty said she didn’t remember things - didn’t want to do it at all and got angry
Ron got angry at Misty - talked about it with Cobra at Memaw’s over some sweet tea.
Cobra told Ron about “Greg” - a young African American male with whom Misty was rumored to have been having sex
Cobra said Ron confirmed that he knew all about “Greg”
Cobra asked Ron why he married Misty anyway
Ron replied that “she is the only tie he has to Haleigh and that he will keep her until Haleigh returns”
Where is Haleigh
